Many people have the concern that if they buy Microsoft Dynamics GP they will have to turn to their partner for each and every tweak, configuration and customization (ugly word) they do to GP. (Customization can be a really bad word to a company that was used to writing entire modules as opposed to the small tweaks usually necessary in GP)
