I use YouTube to post business videos. One of the problems is that "Screen Capture" videos are often too low resolution on YouTube to see the screens correctly. I was investigating other video hosting websites like Vimeo but I've found they were no better (plus they have a much smaller audience) Then I ran across a tweak to YouTube that dramatically improves video quality.
Just add: &fmt=18
To the end of a YouTube video link to improve the resolution!

becomes:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vWHgYzBZCBg&fmt=18
