Microsoft Dynamics is excited to announce the “Step Up to GP” offer- a Microsoft Dynamics GP (US and Canada) promotion targeting existing customers of Microsoft Small Business Financials. The promotion is comprised of up to a 90% discount on user licenses and select A La Carte functionality for up to 10 users in the first purchase of Microsoft Dynamics GP.

Effective August 25th, 2008, and available until end of business day Friday June 26, 2009.

OFFER NOTES, INCLUSIONS, EXCLUSIONS

Inclusions:

Applies to the first purchase on Microsoft Dynamics GP software only.
The following Microsoft Dynamics GP software is eligible for the discount:
1. User Licenses of both Business Essentials and Advanced Management
2. The following A’La Carte modules:
-- US and Canada Payroll (Up To 500 Users)
-- Payroll Direct Deposit
-- Federal Magnetic Media
-- Crystal Reports
-- FRx Report Designer
-- Bill Of Materials
Volume discounts (waterfall pricing) apply when calculating list licenses and enhancement fees.
Eligible customers must have purchased Microsoft Small Business Financials on or before August 1, 2008. Standard investment credit policies apply.
Exclusions:

User offer does not apply to:
1. Enhancement Fees (Service Plan). Enhancement fees must be calculated based on the published list price of all users and components.
2. SQL Runtime Edition and Database licenses.
3. Business Lite Users.
4. Other Microsoft Dynamics Products: Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Dynamics RMS, Microsoft Dynamics SL.
