I have been a big proponent of using the Snom 300 series SIP IP phones in 3CX installations. But where ever you use the Snom phones (Asterisk or whatever) they have become even more compelling by a free CTI and Outlook call pop application now made available for free.

What is nice about this CTI application is that it controls the snom phone. For example you can put the phone on hold from your screen and pick it up again from your PC.
